Biketreks Ings and Biketreks Grizedale Update.

We have made the decision to close our Grizedale Store and open Ings by appointment only during the latest National Lockdown.  

We believe that people should be adhering to what advice we are given about not travelling, and not endangering others through their lack of care / respect for the rules.

At Ings we will be working behind closed doors Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm only.

If you'd like to come and have a chat about bikes / clothing / accessories then give us a ring on 015394 31245 or email us at ings@bike-treks.co.uk and we will get in touch to make an appointment.

We are only allowing you physically in the building if you are in our local area so LA and CA postcodes.  Again you shouldn't be travelling to collect bikes - it is not sadly a necessary journey!  Where we can we will ship goods to you, and if that cannot be done we will look after them until we have more freedom.  

Our mechanics are available to carry out work at Ings too so just get in touch and we will book you a slot.  We will not carry out any same day work as we are working on a 2 week schedule at the moment.

With everything in the bike industry in short supply at the moment we are doing all we can to get bikes in for everyone but we are at the mercy of many different factors.

We thank you all for your patience during this time. We know none of it is ideal but our staff and their families health and safety is the most important thing in this equation and we want to keep them and ultimately you safe.
