These socks are made for mountaineering but work perfectly for all-season outdoor adventures and casual wear.

They are made in a high-quality merino wool/nylon mix because it offers a perfect combination of thermal properties, moisture transport, and comfort.

The fabric is a 45% Merino wool, 44% nylon, 8% multifilament nylon, 3% elastane mix.

The premium merino wool is temperature-regulating, retains body heat while transporting moisture away effectively keeping you warm, even when wet, and is also natural odor-resistant. The nylon improves durability at a low weight and has moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. We use some elastane to make the socks stretchy, but limit the amount as this fiber absorbs a lot of moisture.

The sock has a mid high cut for use in mountain boots.
